崗位職責(zé)：
1. 掌握進出口、國內(nèi)運輸?shù)恼袠顺绦颉⒑贤ǜ濉?br />2. 熟悉進出口清關(guān)規(guī)則。
3. 熟悉關(guān)稅規(guī)則。
4. 了解國際貿(mào)易術(shù)語解釋通則，熟悉各種進出口術(shù)語。
5. 執(zhí)行各種物流方案/可行性，并建議適當(dāng)?shù)男袆印?br />6. 在最終確定之前進行運費分析，并提供改進意見。
7. 留意對貨運成本有影響的各種政府通告或任何補貼，并在審查合同時向利益相關(guān)方提供意見。
8. 優(yōu)化運輸路線的成本效益措施。
9. 根據(jù)s&op團隊提供的調(diào)度信息，制定月度進出口和國內(nèi)運輸物流計劃。
10. 進行物流可行性研究，并為在新地點建立工廠提供合適的決策。
11. 分析運費，搬運和其他物流費用，并確定改進的范圍。
12. 遵守所有必要的sop。
13. 為指定搬運工提供輸入?yún)?shù)。
14. 負責(zé)運輸安全評估流程。

job description:
1. invitation of bid and contract finalization of export, import and domestic transportation
2. knowledge of export/import custom clearances.
3. knowledge of custom tariffs
4. knowledge of incoterms and conversant with various export/import terminology.
5. conduct various logistic option/feasibility and recommend suitable actions.
6. conduct analysis on freight cost before finalization and provide inputs for improvement.
7. maintain awareness on various government circulars or any subsidy having an impact on freight cost and provide inputs to relevant stakeholders while reviewing contracts.
8. cost effective measures on optimization of transport route.
9. develop monthly logistic plan for export, import and domestic transportation on the basis of dispatch inputs received from s&op team.
10. conduct logistic feasibility study and provide inputs for suitable decision making in setting up plant at new locations.
11. analysis of freights, handling and other logistics expenses and identify scope of improvements.
12. compliance to all necessary sop for the function.
13. to provide inputs on parameters for appointment of transporter.
14. to do transporter safety evaluation process.
15. track all contract renewals across the logistic function and drive timely renewals.
16. to identify the scope for automation/ system improvements for bringing in efficiency .
17. invoice processing of supplier and transporter and agency.
